Is this for me if I'm not technical?
Yes. The roadmap is written in plain language and the session doesn't assume any technical background. Most people who book this are professionals in non-engineering roles trying to figure out what to do next.

Why a follow-up six to eight weeks later?

Is the follow-up really free?
Yes. The follow-up is included in the $150 price for the initial session. One invoice covers both calls.
How is this different from a workshop?
Workshops teach the AI skills. Coaching turns those skills into a plan specific to your role. Some people do both; either one stands on its own.
